Today, it is on the forefront of a thriving cannabis industry that employs thousands of people and pays millions of tax dollars that support local communities. Portland and Bend feature some of the best recreational cannabis shops in the state, several within a short distance of Big Sky Rental residencies. Even if a guest doesn't partake, the cannabis shops warrant a visit if not for the sheer novelty of a rapidly-expanding cultural phenomenon.
